Description
Outstanding and very fine antique Art Nouveau 14ct gold and enamel Virgin Mary religious pendant, painted on copper and embellished with a small natural pearl drop.  The quality and condition of the painting is superb and the colours are vibrant.  The Virgin is painted in fine detail standing on a heavenly cloud surrounded by five angelic winged cherubs.  It really is a small work of art.  It is difficult to be certain, but there may be a faded signature partially hidden from view at the bottom of the painting, but it really is hard to tell.
The pendant is probably continental and is married to a vintage 9ct gold chain.

The pendant has indecipherible marking on the pearls bale.  However, it tests for 14ct gold.
The chain is stamped 375, for 9ct gold, in two places

The pendant measures is 1 3/4" in length by 3/4" in width 
The chain is 18" in length
Condition
Condition to front is excellent.
There is some superficial wear to the reverse, namely fine fissures in the enamel and some copper exposure, but these are all inconsequential and do not compromise or detract from the quality of the piece
