Antique French Silver Georgian Black Spot Paste Buckle

 
Fabulous antique French Georgian buckle c1820, encrusted with bright white sparkling black spot pastes.  The stones are hand set in variable height sterling silver mounts, in a beautiful flower basket design.  Measuring 1 3/4" x 1 1/2" and in very good condition.
